At Chic Trove, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy is designed to assist you.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • In its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the RA number in the original packaging.
  3. Ship the Package: Send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
